Juventus end Serie A campaign with fightback win vs. Bologna

Seventeen-year-old Moise Kean came off the bench to become the first player born in 2000 to score in Serie A by grabbing a last-gasp winner for champions Juventus at Bologna.

Kean got his head to a free kick from deep and steered the ball into the net in the fourth minute of added time as Juventus warmed up for next weekend's Champions League final with a hard-fought 2-1 win.

The substitute was only introduced in the 79th minute for Paulo Dybala, who had cancelled out Saphir Taider's magnificent opener with 20 minutes to go, and made his mark by netting his first senior career goal to rescue a match his side had been in danger of losing.

Juve, who already had the title sewn up, were far from full strength for their final game of the league season, with the likes of Gianluigi Buffon and Leonardo Bonucci on the bench, with more than one eye understandably on next Saturday's meeting with Real Madrid in Cardiff.

And they fell behind when Taider struck in style seven minutes after half-time, turning inside on his right foot on the left edge of the area before curling a superb effort into the far top corner.

Dybala prodded home the equaliser after a save from Angelo da Costa, but his replacement, born in February 2000, ensured he would grab the headlines with a historic goal.

Victory also ensured Juventus would finish at least four points clear at the top of the table.
