I. NAME OF SPONSOR(S)
ESPN DEPORTES 1050AM New York AM Radio, LLC, licensee of 1050 ESPN Deportes (“WEPN-AM”) (the “Sponsor”).
II. ELIGIBILITY
Entrants must be legal residents of NY/NJ/CT eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry.
Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past three (3) months, performed services for ESPN DEPORTES 1050AM New York AM Radio, LLC, licensee of 1050 ESPN Deportes, and any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year. Winners on the Disney Banned List are automatically disqualified. Winners who have won a prize from ESPN Deportes NY 1050am within the past ninety (90) days are not eligible to participate.
III. HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
On-air participation: Participants may enter the CONCACAF Gold Cup Quarterfinals Ticket Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) in-person at a designated Cricket Wireless store each Saturday from May 18, 2019 at 3pm Eastern Time (“ET”) through June 15, 2019 ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Potential winners will be selected via random drawing in accordance with the on-site instructions at each Location (as further described below) and will be notified at the end of Sweepstakes Period.
Every Saturday during the Sweepstakes Period, Sweepstakes entry stations (each, a “Location”) will be set up at a Cricket Wireless store (exact dates and times of each Location listed below). To enter the Sweepstakes, you must visit one (1) of the Locations and fill out an official entry form, which shall include providing your contact information (e.g., phone number, email), which shall be used by Sponsor solely for the purposes of contacting you in the event that your name is selected as a potential winner. Entries remain the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.
The drawing for the winners shall take place on Tuesday, June 17, 2019. A total of (6) potential winners will be selected from the entry pool of all entry forms received from all Locations during the Sweepstakes Period. Five (5) entrants shall receive a runner-up prize (each winner, a “Runner-Up”) and one (1) entrant will be selected to receive the Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize Winner”). Sponsor will notify all winners via the contact information provided on the entry form. Failure to respond to the initial verification phone call and/or email within forty-eight (48) hours after initial notification to the potential winner or return of the email notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts may result in disqualification and award of the prize to an alternate winner. Potential winners will be required to complete, sign and return within two (2) business days of transmission, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification, and a Publicity Release where allowed by law, W-9 Form, if applicable, and any other documentation required by Sponsor (collectively, Verification Documents). If potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within forty-eight hours as set forth above, if Verification Documents are not returned to Sponsor within the specified time period, if potential winner cannot attend any programming or events connected with the Sweepstakes on the specified date, if any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, if potential winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if potential winner cannot or does not accept the prize for any reason, prize may be forfeited and potential winners may be disqualified without compensation of any kind and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing (time permitting) from remaining eligible entries received.
One (1) prize per person. Sweepstakes may change as necessary for programming purposes at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Final determination of winners is always conditional on verification of eligibility and compliance with all rules and procedures.

IV. PRIZE(S)
A total of six (6) entrants will be selected to receive a prize, as follows:
Runner-Up Prize: Five (5) Runner-Ups shall each receive a pair (i.e., two (2)) tickets) to see a group match at the Red Bull Arena in New Jersey on Monday, June 24, 2019 (exact game and start time to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) (“Runner-Up Prize”).
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Runner-Up Prize valued at $92. Total ARV of all Runner-Up Prizes awarded: $460.
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner shall will receive a trip for two (2) persons to a CONCACAF Gold Cup Quarterfinals game on June 30, 2019 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, PA (“Grand Prize”), including the following: • Train transportation for winner and a guest (transportation route and scheduling to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) • Double-occupancy hotel accommodations (i.e., One (1) night for one (1) hotel room with a maximum occupancy of two (2) persons) for winner and guest at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; • Two (2) tickets to a CONCACAF Gold Cup Quarterfinals game on June 30, 2019 at Lincoln Financial Field (such game to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV of Grand Prize = $799
Total ARV of all prizes awarded: $1,259
If the actual value of the prize is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Final actual value at the time of booking and travel may be substantially more or less depending on dates of travel, point of origin and ticket availability. Some restrictions apply. Sponsor reserves the right to structure the travel route, on a Sponsor-selected carrier, in its sole discretion. All aspects of the travel portion of a prize must be conducted on the dates within the range of options provided by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the carriers, hotels and/or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services or accommodations. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. Winner must possess any required travel documents.
If Grand Prize winner elects to travel without a guest, no additional compensation will be awarded. Grand Prize winner and his or her companion must travel together on the same itinerary and possess any required travel documents.
All expenses not specifically provided for herein, including, but not limited to, transportation to/from train station, transportation to/from hotel, transportation to/from game, meals, alcohol, and souveniers are the winner’s sole responsibility. Some restrictions may apply.
Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more. For prizes values over $600, winner must submit a validly executed IRS form W-9. Winners are not entitled to exchange or transfer Prizes or to obtain cash or other substitutes, but Sponsor in its sole discretion may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
TICKETS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE TO THIRD PARTIES AND MAY NOT BE SOLD, EXCHANGED OR BARTERED.
Prizes are subject to availability. Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation or preemption of the event or for other circumstances that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill this element of the prizes. This element of the prizes has no ARV, and if it becomes impractical or impossible to fulfill this element, Sponsor’s only obligation will be to provide the remainder, if any, of the prize.
V. RELEASES
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final in all respects. By participating in this Sweepstakes and accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release ESPN DEPORTES 1050AM New York AM Radio, LLC, licensee of 1050 ESPN, and their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prizes.
Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner’s list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
VI. MISCELLANEOUS; WINNERS’ LIST
Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the Sweepstakes in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the Sweepstakes as originally planned. For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to ESPN Deportes NY 1050am, WEPN-AM PROMOTIONS DEPT, 125 West End Avenue 6th Floor, New York, NY 10023 within sixty (60) days after Sweepstakes Period ends.
