I. NAME OF SPONSOR(S) ESPN DEPORTES 1050AM New York AM Radio, LLC, licensee of 1050 ESPN Deportes (“WEPN-AM”) (the “Sponsor”). II. ELIGIBILITY Entrants must be legal residents of NY/NJ/CT eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past three (3) months, performed services for ESPN DEPORTES 1050AM New York AM Radio, LLC, licensee of 1050 ESPN Deportes, and any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year. Winners on the Disney Banned List are automatically disqualified.Winners who have won a prize from ESPN Deportes NY 1050am within the past ninety (90) days are not eligible to participate. III. HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. On-air participation: From 05/27/2019 through 06/15/2019 (the "Sweepstakes Period"), entrants should listen daily for specific call-in instructions during the radio shows Firma NY (Monday – Thursday, 6am – 10am) and Ronda Deportiva (Saturdays 9am – 10am). Daily call-in announcements will be made on Monday - Thursday on Firma and Saturdays on Ronda Deportiva. Potential winners will be selected in accordance with the call-in instructions and will be notified at the time of calling. Listeners may only win once during the Sweepstakes Period. A total of fifteen (15) potential on-air winners will be selected during the Sweepstakes Period. Sweepstakes may change as necessary for programming purposes at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Only calls to the specified phone number can win. Sponsor is not responsible for inability of caller to complete call within specified time, whether due to busy lines, disconnections, telephone malfunctions or other circumstances. If the winner does not pick up their prize within seventy-two (72) hours before the event date, prize will be forfeited. In the event a potential winner is deemed ineligible, fails to comply with sweepstakes procedures, or is not available to claim prize during specified dates, then an alternate winner will be selected at random, time permitting. Potential winners must return required documents within forty-eight (48) hours. Potential winners who fail to respond or return required documents within the specified time will forfeit prize. Final determination of winners is always conditional on verification of eligibility and compliance with all rules and procedures. PRIZE(S) A total of fifteen (15) on-air winners will be selected throughout the Sweepstakes Period to receive a Prize (as defined below). Each winner will receive: Four (4) tickets to a NYCFC home game (“Prize”), such game to be designated in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Venue: Yankee Stadium Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of aech Prize valued at $200 Total ARV of Prizes: $3000 All expenses not specifically provided for herein are the winner’s sole responsibility. Some restrictions may apply. Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more. For prizes values over $600, winner must submit a validly executed IRS form W-9. Winners are not entitled to exchange or transfer Prizes or to obtain cash or other substitutes, but Sponsor(s) in its sole discretion may substitute prizes of equal or greater value. TICKETS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE TO THIRD PARTIES AND MAY NOT BE SOLD, EXCHANGED OR BARTERED. Prize is subject to availability. Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation or preemption of the event or for other circumstances that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill this element of the Prize. This element of the Prize has no ARV, and if it becomes impractical or impossible to fulfill this element, Sponsor’s only obligation will be to provide the remainder, if any, of Prize. V. RELEASES By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which shall be final in all respects. By participating in this sweepstakes and accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release ESPN DEPORTES 1050AM New York AM Radio, LLC, licensee of 1050 ESPN, and their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the Prize. Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner’s list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. VI. MISCELLANEOUS; WINNERS’ LIST Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the sweepstakes in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the sweepstakes as originally planned.
