I. NAME OF SPONSOR(S)
ESPN DEPORTES 1050AM New York AM Radio, LLC, licensee of 1050 ESPN Deportes (“WEPN-AM”) (hereinafter referred to as “Sponsor”).
II. ELIGIBILITY
The Modelo Especial/ESPN Deportes 1050am Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is only open to legal residents of New York, New Jersey or Connecticut, at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at time of entry.
Any individuals (including, but not limited to, employees, consultants, independent contractors, and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed services for New York AM Radio, LLC, licensee of 1050 ESPN Deportes or Crown Imports LLC d/b/a Constellation Brands Beer Division, suppliers, distributors or retailers of alcohol beverage products, including, but not limited to, any wholesaler, salesman, brewery, winery, bottler, importer, distiller, distiller representative, rectifier, nonresident vendor, vendor representative, or affiliate thereof that sells or solicits orders for alcoholic beverages, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes or supplying the prize, and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, divisions, and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter or play. "Immediate family members" shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings, or spouses. "Household members" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year.
III. HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes in-person at a designated grocery store location (“Entry Location”) each weekend from Sunday, May 26, 2019 at through June 16, 2019 (“Sweepstakes Period”), exact dates and times of each Entry Location set forth below. Potential winners will be selected via random drawing in accordance with the on-site instructions at each Entry Location and will be notified at the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
On designated weekend dates during the Sweepstakes Period, Entry Locations will be set up at various grocery stores. To enter the Sweepstakes, you must visit one (1) of the Entry Locations and fill out an entry form, which shall include providing your contact information (e.g., phone number and email), which shall be used by Sponsor solely for the purposes of contacting you in the event that your name is selected as a potential winner. Entries remain the property of Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged.

IV. HOW AND WHEN WINNERS WILL BE SELECTED AND NOTIFIED
The drawing for the winners shall take place on or about Monday, June 17, 2019. A total of three (3) potential winners will be selected from the entry pool of all entry forms received from all Entry Locations during the Sweepstakes Period. Two (2) entrants shall receive a runner-up prize (each winner, a “Runner-Up”) and one (1) entrant will be selected to receive the Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize Winner”). Sponsor will notify all winners via the contact information provided on the entry form. Failure to respond to the initial verification phone call and/or email within twenty-four (24) hours after initial notification to the potential winner or return of the email notification as undeliverable after two (2) attempts may result in disqualification and award of the prize to an alternate winner.
Potential winners will be required to complete, sign and return within (2) business days of transmission, and Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Indemnification, and a Publicity Release where allowed by law, W-9 Form, if applicable, and any other documentation required by Sponsor (collectively “Verification Documents”). If potential winner does not respond to the initial notification within twenty-four (24) hours as set forth above, if Verification Documents are not returned to Sponsor within the specified time period, if potential winner cannot attend any programming or events connected with the Sweepstakes on the specified date, if any prize notification or prize is returned as non-deliverable, if potential winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if potential winner cannot or does not accept the prize for any reason, prize may be forfeited and potential winner may be disqualified without compensation of any kind and an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing (time permitting) from the remaining eligible entries received.
Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy, accessible at https://disneyprivacycenter.com/privacy-policy-translations/english.
One (1) prize per person. Final determination of winners is always conditional on verification of eligibility and compliance will all rules and procedures.
V. PRIZES
A total of three (3) entrants will be selected to receive a prize, as follows:
Runner-Up Prize: Two (2) Runner-Ups shall each receive a trip for two (2) persons (i.e., Runner-Up and a guest) to a CONCACAF Gold Cup Quarterfinals game on June 30, 2019 at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, PA (“Runner-Up Prize”), including the following: • Train transportation for Runner-Up and a guest (transportation route and scheduling to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); • Double-occupancy hotel accommodations (i.e., one (1) hotel room with a maximum occupancy of two (2) persons) for one (1) night at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; • Two (2) tickets to a CONCACAF Gold Cup Quarterfinals game on June 30, 2019 at Lincoln Financial Field (such game to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion).

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall receive a trip for two (2) persons (i.e., Grand Prize Winner and a guest) to the 2019 CONCACAF Gold Cup Final game on Sunday, July 7, 2019 at Soldier Field in Chicago, IL (“Grand Prize”), including the following: • Roundtrip economy-class flights for Grand Prize Winner and guest to/from Chicago (flights, route and itinerary to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); • Double-occupancy hotel accommodations (i.e., one (1) hotel room with a maximum occupancy of two (2) persons) for two (2) nights at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion; • Two (2) tickets to the CONCACAF Gold Cup Finals game on July 7, 2019 at Soldier Field.

Total ARV of all prizes awarded: $2,864
If the actual value of prize(s) is less than the stated ARV, the difference will not be awarded. Final actual retail value at the time of booking and travel may be substantially more or less depending on dates of travel, point of origin and ticket availability. Some restrictions apply. Airline tickets issued in conjunction with the prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code share flights may be used. Sponsor reserves the right to structure the travel route, on a Sponsor-selected carrier from a major airport/train station near winner’s residence, in its sole discretion. All aspects of the travel portion of the prize must be conducted on the dates within the range of options provided by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels and/or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services or accommodations. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. Winner must possess all required travel documents, including a valid photo ID.
If winner elects to travel without a guest, no additional compensation will be awarded. Winner and his or her companion must travel together on the same itinerary and possess any required travel documents.
Federal, state and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner, who will receive an IRS Form 1099 reflecting the final actual value of any prize valued at $600 or more. Winners are not entitled to exchange or transfer prizes or to obtain cash or other substitutes, but Sponsor in its sole discretion may substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
All expenses not specifically provided for herein are the winner’s sole responsibility. Prizes consist of only the items specifically listed as part of the prize. Each prize winner is solely responsible for all other expenses and items that are not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to: service charges, beverages, alcoholic beverages, meals, merchandise, lodging (except where expressly included), laundry services, shipping and handling, souvenirs, local and long distance telephone calls, tips, gratuities, surcharges, service charges or taxes, transportation (except where expressly included), travel and other insurance, and all other incidentals, charges and items not otherwise described above.
Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied.
Guests must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older. Each guest will be required to sign and return a travel liability/publicity release prior to awarding of the prize. All travelers must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents before awarding travel prizes.
Event prize is subject to availability. Tickets are subject to availability, venue capacity, age, and other restrictions. Selection of travel and event seat locations is in Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event that an insufficient number of eligible entries are received to award all available prizes, Sponsor is not obligated to award remaining prizes and no additional random drawings will take place. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Sweepstakes if the Sweepstakes becomes impossible or commercially unreasonable to administrate.
If winner is unable or unwilling to attend event on the date or in the location selected, the prize will be forfeited. The dates of departure and return are subject to change at the discretion of the sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation or preemption of event or for other circumstances that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill this element of the prize. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Travel arrangements are subject to availability and must be round trip. The dates of departure and return are subject to change at the discretion of the sponsor.
In the event that a traveler and/or his/her traveling companion engages in behavior that (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) is unpleasant or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the trip or other applicable experience in advance, in whole or in part, and send the prize winner and/or his travel companion home without further compensation.
The names of individuals, companies, products and/or logos are used for identification purposes only and are the intellectual property of their respective owners. The mention of any entity, or the inclusion of a product or service as a prize, does not imply any association with or endorsement by such entity or the manufacturer or distributor of such product or service and, except as otherwise indicated; no association or endorsement is intended or should be inferred.
VI. RELEASES
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
By participating in this Sweepstakes and accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release and hold harmless New York AM Radio, LLC, licensee of 1050 ESPN Deportes, and Crown Imports LLC d/b/a Constellation Brands Beer Division, their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies, divisions, suppliers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees, as well as each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software whether originating with entrant, Sponsor, or any third party; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (e) late, lost, undeliverable, misdirected, illegible, damaged, incomplete, incorrect, stolen, or postage due entries/mail; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or entrant’s or entrant’s guest’s receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, unless it is not possible to award another entry due to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. In the event of a discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance, and in no event will more than the stated number of prizes be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.
Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner’s list, if applicable, without compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without obligation or compensation.
To claim prize, (a) winner must provide proof of age, identity and residency, (b) winner must sign and return affidavit of eligibility/compliance with rules, publicity/liability release and indemnification, and (c) winner’s intended guest(s) or travel companion(s), if any, must sign liability/publicity release, all within the time period specified by Sponsor.
VII. MISCELLANEOUS; WINNERS’ LIST
Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify and/or suspend the Sweepstakes in the event of tampering or other circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God or civil disturbance that render it impractical or impossible to complete or fulfill the Sweepstakes as originally planned.
For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to ESPN New York/Modelo Especial Sweepstakes, 125 West End Avenue, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10023 within sixty (60) days after the Sweepstakes end date.
