CHICAGO (AP) -- Dexter Fowler ayudó a que los St. Louis Cardinals reanudaran con el pie derecho su campaña, interrumpida por un brote de coronavirus en el plantel, y St. Louis derrotó el sábado 5-1 a los Chicago White Sox.
Fowler bateó un sencillo de dos carreras en un primer episodio que deparó cuatro anotaciones para que los Cardinals se llevaran el primer duelo de una doble cartelera.
St. Louis jugó su primer encuentro desde el 29 de julio, pero lució más afinado que Chicago. Mejoró a 3-3 su foja en la temporada.
