Pirates mantienen buen paso al superar a Tigers en primer duelo de doble cartelera
DETROIT (AP) -- Tyler Anderson lanzó cinco sólidas entradas para guiar a los Pittsburgh Pirates a llevarse el primer juego de una doble cartelera al derrotar 3-2 a los Detroit Tigers.
Pittsburgh, que anotó todas sus carreras en la cuarta entrada después de que Michael Fulmer había retirado a los Pirates en orden en las tres primeras, ha ganado cinco de sus últimos siete duelos y está a uno de quedar con porcentaje de .500.
Los Pirates y Tigers programaron la doble cartelera a luego de que el encuentro del martes fue pospuesto por la nevada en el área de Detroit. El miércoles, algunos arbustos detrás de la pared del jardín central seguían blanqueados, además de que cayeron unos cuantos copos al final del partido.
