Andrew Vaughn pega sencillo clave y White Sox vencen a Tigers
CHICAGO (AP) -- Andrew Vaughn pegó un sencillo en la séptima entrada, que acabó con la igualdad por segunda noche consecutiva, AJ Pollock disparó un jonrón en la octava y los Chicago White Sox se impusieron el sábado 6-4 a los Detroit Tigers.
Vaughn sumó tres imparables por los White Sox, quienes se aproximaron a dos juegos y medio de Cleveland Guardians, el líder de la División Central de la Liga Americana.
Liam Hendriks permitió el primer hit de Kerry Carpenter en las mayores --un sencillo--, además de entregar un boleto en el noveno inning. Pero el taponero logró su 25to rescate en 28 intentos.

La repetición confirmó que Abreu llegó safe. Luego, anotó merced al tercer inatrapable de Vaugh, quien había roto el empate también el viernes, cuando Chicago se impuso por 2-0.
