Ravens imponen condiciones sobre Saints en "MNF"
NEW ORLEANS -- Joe Flacco lanzó para 243 yardas y un touchdown y Justin Forsett corrió para 182 yardas y dos touchdowns en la victoria a domicilio de los Baltimore Ravens, 34-20, sobre los New Orleans Saints en "Monday Night Football".
La defensiva de Baltimore fue crucial en la victoria al detener en cuarta y gol a Mark Ingram en la primera serie del partido y posteriormente devolver para touchdown una intercepción a Drew Brees, quien completó 35 de 45 pases para 420 yardas y tres touchdown.
Brees fue capturado en cuatro ocasiones, mientras que Flacco sólo fue detenido en una ocasión.
A pesar de iniciar el partido con un acarreo de 67 yardas del receptor Joseph Morgan, los corredores de New Orleans se combinaron para 59 yardas terrestres, mientras que los Ravens sumaron 216 yardas por tierra.
El receptor abierto veterano Steve Smith fue clave con recepciones bajo presión, incluyendo una para touchdown en el primer cuarto mientras caía en las diagonales. Smith terminó con cinco recepciones para 98 yardas y además provocó un castigo del profundo Kenny Vaccaro que regaló 15 yardas a su equipo.

Con su triunfo, Baltimore (7-4) se coloca en la tercera posición de la AFC Norte, detrás de los Cincinnati Bengals (7-3-1) y Pittsburgh Steelers (7-4), mientras que New Orleans (4-7) comparte la cima de la NFC Sur con los Atlanta Falcons.
