ST. PETERSBURG Florida (AP) -- Taj Bradley empató un récord personal con 11 ponches, el mexicano Isaac Paredes conectó un jonrón y los Tampa Bay Rays vencieron el domingo 5-0 a los Washington Nationals.
Bradley (3-4) permitió tres hits y dio dos bases por bolas en 5 2/3 innings en su quinta apertura consecutiva efectiva. El derecho ha permitido cuatro carreras limpias en 29 entradas.
Colin Poche, Jason Adam, Garrett Cleavinger y Phil Maton completaron un juego de tres hits. Los Rays terminaron con 16 ponches.
Paredes, quien conectó dos hits en 23 turnos al bate en sus siete juegos anteriores, se fue de 4-3 y anotó dos carreras. Le faltó un sencillo para completar el ciclo.
