Granada and Deportivo La Coruna fought out a tight 1-1 draw at Los Carmenes on Saturday.
Florin Andone finished off a smart breakaway goal in the 64th minute but the hosts, who had limited Barcelona to just a single-goal victory at the Nou Camp last weekend, showed their mettle to fight back and an own goal from Przemyslaw Tyton drew them level.
Ryan Babel had a perfectly good goal disallowed in between the two goals which did stand, and Granada goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa made a stunning save to deny Guilherme with seven minutes left.
The result means Granada are still without a win from their first 11 games and leaves Depor without a victory in four.
A disappointing first half was characterised by poor decision-making in attacking areas and misplaced headers, with Marlos Moreno heading wide for Depor and Andreas Pereira doing likewise for rock-bottom Granada at the other end.
Romanian forward Andone opened his account for the Galicians when he raced clear onto Emre Colak's pass and beat Ochoa at the second attempt.
Dutchman Babel thought he had doubled Depor's lead when he tapped in at the far post following a corner but the officials mistakenly ruled him offside.
It was a lifeline Granada seized on with nine minutes left as David Barral's header hit the bar and when the ball broke to him again, his drilled low cross from the right deflected into the net off Tyton.
Guilherme seemed certain to score the winner for Depor two minutes later when he rifled Celso Borges' cross goalwards but Ochoa flung himself at it to parry wide.
