Luego del fallecimiento de la leyenda del béisbol Don Baylor el lunes, aquellos involucrados en el pasatiempo nacional de EEUU inundaron las redes sociales para lamentar la partida de quien fuera el Jugador Más Valioso de la Liga Americana en 1979.
Jugadores pasados y actuales mostraron su admiración y respeto por Baylor, como lo hizo la nieta de Yogi Berra, Lindsay Berra, quien es corresponsal nacional para MLB.com. Ella recordó también al ex receptor de los Filis de Filadelfia Darren Daulton, quien falleciera el domingo. Tanto Daulton como Baylor perdieron sus batallas contra el cáncer.
