Inaki Williams secures three points for Athletic Bilbao at Getafe

A solitary goal by Inaki Williams fired Athletic Bilbao to a 1-0 victory at Getafe to take the Basques up to fifth in the Primera Division.
The 21-year-old headed in the only goal of the game in the 24th minute and Athletic clung on until the end, Getafe passing up several chances to level in the second half.
The hosts also had defender Juan Cala sent off in stoppage time for a second booking and lose their first league game at home in exactly three months.
Roared on by a huge away following, Athletic started well and winger Sabin Merino spurned two chances in quick succession.
The visitors took the lead nonetheless as Mikel Balenziaga picked up a loose ball and crossed for Williams to head in from close range at the near post, scoring for the second time in a week and underlining his importance to the team after penning a new five-year contract this month.
His strike partner Aritz Aduriz should have doubled Athletic's lead just five minutes later but struck over the bar from inside the box after pouncing on a loose ball.
Getafe forward Stefan Scepovic should have levelled midway through the second half when he was put through one-on-one with Gorka Iraizoz, but could only shoot at the goalkeeper's legs.
And Alvaro Vazquez was handed an opportunity to grab a point at the death for the hosts, but failed to hit the target as he met a cross at the far post.
