La cancelación de cinco juegos de la Semana 7 de la Major League Soccer en apoyo a las respectivas suspensiones en la NBA y la MLB como protesta al tiroteo ocurrido el domingo en Kenosha, Wisconsin, y que cobró la vida de Jacob Blake y dos hombre más en protestas subsiguientes, tuvo apoyo en redes sociales de distintos equipos, jugadores y agrupaciones de la liga estadounidense.
La liga estadounidense tomó la decisión de posponer cinco partidos: Miami vs Atlanta, Dallas vs Colorado, Real Salt Lake vs LAFC, San Jose vs Portland y LA Galaxy vs Seattle. Cada juego será reprogramado.
