Marvelous Marvin Hagler murió el sábado a la edad de 66 años. El miembro del Salón de la Fama del Boxeo e ícono del deporte era conocido como uno de los mejores peleadores de peso mediano en la historia.

Hagler también es recordado por lo que a menudo se conoce como los mejores tres minutos en el deporte: la primera ronda de su pelea contra Thomas Hearns. Hagler terminó ganando esa pelea de 1985 por nocaut técnico en el tercer asalto.
